RTH070
The RTH070 is the track and hold with the widest bandwidth available from Teledyne. Added to its 4GHz sampling rate and its high linear response it is a perfect choice for down converting applications. The differential to differential RTH070 cascades two track and hold circuits, both are fully functional up to 4GS/s and capable of accepting input signals with amplitude of 1V pp.
